COVID -19 UPDATE

COVID-19 Update

We hope we are coming to the end of these strange times with the pandemic.

We Just want to update you on the procedures, changes and delays in place at Dr Sleek Lab and Studio.

Lab
We have added PPE into every element of production and distribution. We deep clean hourly, ensuring all your orders are made with absolute Covid safety.
Staff have undergone Covid Saftey Training and the site has a updated COVIDsafe Plan.
The environment is constantly changing and we are adapting as best as we can. 

Barber Studio
We have a strict rule now as the studio is small, only one at a time.
You will need to come on time to your appointments so we have enough time to deep clean between customers- The rule of 15 mins late= cancel is unfortunately heavily enforced right now due to this complication we have to adapt to.
Masks will need to be warn if the governments Regulations at the time of the appointment include this.
Records of attendance are kept now in accordance with new laws placed by the Victorian and federal governments of Australia. Please when you arrive Sign in. 
We have a waiting room space that can accommodate 2 people with the 1.5 rule. Please make use of hand sanitizer before you enter the studio.

Shipping
Due to COVID-19, please expect some delays.

Disclaimer: We humbly ask your understanding and patience due to the current Coronavirus situation. Standard shipping will be delayed for all countries. We will continue to work to deliver products as soon as possible while we keep our close attention on the situation.

Please also note that there may be a delay in updates from your tracking number - this is not on our end, it is due to the shipping carrier, so please keep this in mind when tracking your parcel.


COVID-19 time period.
Shipping within AUS takes between 5-10 business days, while 20-25 business days in NZ.

We are not shipping to many other countries outside of Aus, Canada, UK and USA during this time, however, if we accept your order please allow 25-30 business days.


Delivery
Delivery Dr Sleek Lab is not responsible for any failure to deliver products on time or at all to the fullest extent permitted by law if such failure results from an event beyond its reasonable control. An event beyond its reasonable control would include but is not limited to war, rebellion, labour strike, natural disaster such as an earthquake or an endemic or pandemic such as COVID-19. In such circumstances we shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver the product to you once the event no longer prevents us from doing so.
 
Despatching orders
We are Still Getting our orders out in 1 business day for National and 2 for international.
